Customer Service

Job responsibilities:

 

1. Reply to test cost and cycle according to business or customer consultation;

 

2. Received the samples, filled in the application form, opened the case, counted the opening data, tracked the test progress, and sent samples, reports and invoices;

 

3. Provide and collect customer information, maintain customer relationship, and receive customers;

 

4. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

 

Job requirements:

 

1. More than 1 year merchandiser experience, oral English is preferred;

 

2. Cheerful personality, good affinity, good communication skills, careful and responsible.

 

3. Split and describe the samples according to relevant standards, and split the samples of electronic appliances, toys, textiles, etc.;

 

Working time: 5 days and 8 hours, double holidays, holidays according to national regulations.

 

 

Salary: 5,000-9,000 yuan/month
